How to play & common questions
Where are the free puzzles?
Choose a game and open the Free Pack at the top of its pack list. Each Free Pack contains 9 puzzles: 3 Beginner, 3 Intermediate, and 3 Advanced. That makes 18 free puzzles across both games, with no purchase required.
Playing Cube Loop
Tap the middle of an edge to draw a line. Double-tap to add or remove an X. Drag to rotate and pinch with two fingers to zoom. Use the ? menu to unfold the cube or focus on one face. Hold a drawn line to highlight connected lines for three seconds.
Playing Sky Bridges
Drag from one island to another to draw a bridge. Repeating the same connection cycles through no bridge, one bridge, and two bridges. You can also tap two islands in sequence. Drag from empty space to rotate. The ? menu includes floor plans and individual floors. Select an island and double-tap another island to mark an X between them. Hold an island or drawn bridge to highlight its connections for three seconds.
Is my progress saved?
Your moves are saved automatically on your device. Use Continue on the home screen or reopen the puzzle to resume. Progress does not sync between devices. Deleting the app also removes its local progress.
A purchased pack is locked
Check your internet connection and make sure you are signed into the App Store with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Then choose Restore Purchases at the bottom of the pack list. Purchases awaiting approval unlock after approval. Apple handles purchase history and refund requests.
Are packs a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time purchase containing 20 or 25 puzzles. There are no further charges to replay the puzzles in that pack. Check the purchase screen for your local price. Free puzzles are separate from the paid packs.
I am stuck or need help with the controls
The ? menu contains instructions and one-step hints. If connections are hard to see, rotate the board or use the unfolded view or floor plans. When reporting a problem, include the game, difficulty, pack name, and puzzle number.
